1. DISPATCH TIMELINE
All orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours. You will receive a tracking number via email once your fragrance is on its way.
2. DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Standard delivery within India takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities typically receive orders faster.
3. HYGIENE & SAFETY POLICY
Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns once the outer plastic seal is broken or the product has been sprayed.
4. TRANSIT DAMAGES
If your perfume bottle arrives damaged or leaking, please send us a clear video of the unboxing within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement.
5. SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders. International shipping is currently not available through the website.
