Refund Policy

1. ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are only eligible for orders that arrive damaged or incorrect. As fragrances are hygiene products, we cannot offer refunds for "change of mind" or personal scent preferences.

2. REFUND PROCESS

Once your claim for damage or incorrect item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order is processed or dispatched, cancellations and refunds are not possible.

4. SHIPPING COSTS

In cases of eligible refunds, the original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. For replacements, we bear the additional shipping costs.
